Urginea mauritima AKA Sea Squill

The five gallon plant is about 5'-6' in diameter like the one you see here in the ground. It grows along the mediterranean coast and produces a beautiful array of white spikes across the landscape. The “Tunic” is its jacket which protects it from summer heat after its leaves have dried. Its an union of very exotic properties! Bulbs get upwards of 12″ in diameter.
